Class Schedules

Due to our practitioner and teacher training schedule we will not be offering classes from May-September.  We will, however, have private and semi-private sessions in Port Douglas, or the general public are welcome to join us for Practice Intensives, an opportunity to dive into your Yoga practice to enhance technique, explore the teachings of Yoga, and inspire your practice.

Vinyasa Flow Practice Intensive - Marina Mirage, Warf Street, Port Douglas:

Join us for 4 weeks of progressive Vinyasa Flow Yoga to deepen your practice, explore the techniques and philosophies of Vinyasa Flow, and inspire your home or studio practice.  Please note that this intensive is progressive, so we do recommend attending the full program.  However, those with a regular practice may choose to join us for just one or two weeks.

Full Program:

Jul 19-Aug 13 Mon-Fri 8-9:30am Port Douglas $130 for 20 classes

Weekly Program: $50 for 5 classes

Jul 19-23 Prep-Level 1 Practice

Jul 26-30 Level 1-2 Practice

Aug 2-6 Level 1-2 Practice

Aug 9-13 Level 2 Practice

Class Descriptions:

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A dynamic fusion of body, mind and breath; this Ashtanga Vinyasa-based class will build strength, stamina and flexibility, and cultivate deep relaxation and active awareness.  Prep-Level 1 - Suitable for all levels.  Level 1-2 Suitable for advanced-beginner to intermediate students. Level 2 Suitable for intermediate to advanced students.

Core Yoga (Yoga/Pilates)

A Yoga/Pilates fusion class to lengthen, strengthen, and streamline your body; improving posture, decreasing lower back pain, improving core strength, and benefiting from the deep breathwork and mental focus of a yoga practice.Suitable for all levels.

 

 

YTT: Yoga Teacher Training
