Vinyasa Flow Practice Intensive Sep-Jan, Canberra ACT
During our Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training in Canberra we have a few spaces in our morning practice for students, practitioners or teachers to join us for the guided Vinyasa Flow practice. This practice is progressive, so it is recommended to join us for the full program, although you can book in for 5 class blocks. Each block begins with the establishment of the sequence of techniques taught for that block, and on the fifth class of the block we have an Ujjayi Pulse class, where we practice to a guiding drum beat, removing a lot of the technical instruction so you can just 'go with the flow'
Block 1: Prep - Level 1, Sep 17, 18, 24, 25, Oct 22
Block 2: Level 1 Oct 23, 29, 30, Nov 5, 6
Block 3: Level 2 Jan 16-20
Block 4: Level 2 Jan 23-27
Who can attend: there are no pre-requisites to attend the first block, or the full program. If you are booking into blocks 2-4, we ask that you have an ongoing yoga practice and be familiar with the Ashtanga/Vinyasa sequencing.

A new 3-hour workshop for students, practitioners, and yoga/fitness professionals - this program will include a practical exploration of breath, bandha, anatomy of the Core, plus a full Core Yoga practice. Great intro to the Core Yoga system, review for Core Yoga grads, or just a dynamic afternoon of getting to know your Core!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A dynamic fusion of body, mind and breath; this Ashtanga Vinyasa-based class will build strength, stamina and flexibility, and cultivate deep relaxation and active awareness. Prep-Level 1 - Suitable for all levels. Level 1-2 Suitable for advanced-beginner to intermediate students. Level 2 Suitable for intermediate to advanced students.
Core Yoga (Yoga/Pilates)
A Yoga/Pilates fusion class to lengthen, strengthen, and streamline your body; improving posture, decreasing lower back pain, improving core strength, and benefiting from the deep breathwork and mental focus of a yoga practice.Suitable for all levels.
