Class Schedules
Due to our practitioner and teacher training schedule we are currently not offering public classes. We do have private and semi-private sessions available in Port Douglas to October, and in Canberra from October. Private session details are available on our Private Sessions page

Class Descriptions:
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A dynamic fusion of body, mind and breath; this Ashtanga Vinyasa-based class will build strength, stamina and flexibility, and cultivate deep relaxation and active awareness. Prep-Level 1 - Suitable for all levels. Level 1-2 Suitable for advanced-beginner to intermediate students. Level 2 Suitable for intermediate to advanced students.
Core Yoga (Yoga/Pilates)
A Yoga/Pilates fusion class to lengthen, strengthen, and streamline your body; improving posture, decreasing lower back pain, improving core strength, and benefiting from the deep breathwork and mental focus of a yoga practice.Suitable for all levels.
YTT: Yoga Teacher Training
