Class Schedules
As we are now on the road teaching around Australia and Canada for the next five months, there will be no regular classes in Port Douglas until April 2010. To be informed of upcoming classes, private sessions, workshops and retreats subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Class Descriptions:
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A dynamic fusion of body, mind and breath; this Ashtanga Vinyasa-based class will build strength, stamina and flexibility, and cultivate deep relaxation and active awareness. Level 1 - Suitable for all levels. Level 1-2 Suitable for advanced-beginner to intermediate students. Level 2 Suitable for intermediate to advanced students.
Core Yoga (Yoga/Pilates)
A Yoga/Pilates fusion class to lengthen, strengthen, and streamline your body; improving posture, decreasing lower back pain, improving core strength, and benefiting from the deep breathwork and mental focus of a yoga practice.Suitable for all levels.
Hatha Yoga
A gentle Yoga class designed for yoga students of all levels. Steady postures and deep breath-work emphasize balance of body, mind and spirit while enhancing flexibility, stamina, and muscular endurance. Modifications are offered for all postures. A guided relaxation closes the session, leaving you feeling stretched, relaxed, and centred. Beginners and All Levels classes available.
YTT: Yoga Teacher Training
