Program Details

Dive into your yoga practice to expand, explore, inspire and transform yourself while being guided and supported to become a registered yoga instructor. This "one month intensive" program will give you the opportunity to live and breathe your yoga practice while learning how to become an effective, caring, and professional yoga instructor.

This registered 250+hour program is designed to provide you with the guidance, techniques and structure to begin your own teaching practice. Each day you will enjoy two yoga sessions, breath-work exercises, relaxation and guided meditations to deepen your yoga practice, as well as areas of study that will expand your understanding of the science and philosophy of Yoga. In your time off you may enjoy creative expression such as journaling or art, nature walks, or trips to the nearby beach, the Great Barrier Reef or Daintree National Park.

Some self-study, including an online journaling program, will assist teacher trainees in developing and refining their home practice in advance of the program. Upon registration CD’s of the Trinity Hatha Yoga Series I and our unique online journaling program are offered for all students to begin to practice, and are included in the course cost and curriculum.
This program is designed and facilitated by Heather Agnew, an internationally recognized E-RYT Senior Yoga Educator and Master Level Fitness and Yoga Instructor with more than ten years experience teaching Hatha Yoga to students and teachers of all levels. Upon graduation you will receive a diploma as a Trinity Hatha Yoga Instructor and will be eligible for registration with the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Instructor at the 200 level. Feedback on Trinity Yoga Teacher Training

I would do this Yoga Teacher Training again! I have had such a wonderful, inspiring journey this last month. At my age and the place I am in at this moment you have given me the opportunity to extend my horizons with confidence and a greater understanding of my love of yoga. Awesome!
Victoria N
Trinity Certified Yoga Instrucor

This course was excellent. It challenged me and I know it challenged my teacher due to my lack of knowledge and personal awareness of how this practice of yoga would challenge my mental and psychological foundations, let alone my physical challenges. I gained an immense amount of knowledge that I gratefully take back with me into the next stage of my life over this next six months. My heartfelt appreciation and thanks for allowing me to take this journey with you and supporting me.

I learned more in the first three days of your course than I did in two years of study in England.

Program Director
Heather Agnew (BrahmaniShakti)

Your course facilitator, Heather Agnew is an internationally recognized E-RYT Senior Yoga Educator and Master Level fitness, Yoga, and lifestyle professional with over 12 years experience in traditional fitness and Pilates training, energetic healing modalities, and many classical and modern Yoga styles.

Since starting on her path in Yoga, Heather has worked with inspiring senior teachers in Sivananda, Ashtanga, Satyananda, Vinyasa, and Mukti Yoga. As well Heather draws inspiration from Usui Ryoho Reiki, The Energetic Healing, Thai Yoga Massage, the Tarot, Ayurveda, Hermetics, and the Rosicrucian Order. Trinity Hatha Yoga reflects this integration in a methodology that leads each individual to their own unique and powerful experience of the goal of Yoga, oneness with the Divine Self.

Heather brings to the program a strong intent to educate, inspire, and empower teacher trainees to develop a strong foundation of understanding of the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga and Yoga philosophy, while revealing their own unique gifts, wisdom, and talents as a teacher and practitioner of Yoga.
