Heather began her career in the wellness industry in 1996 as a certified personal fitness trainer providing in-home personal training services. Christopher Lipscomb

  • Certified Trinity Hatha Yoga Instructor
  • Meditation Facilitator
  • Energetic Healer
  • Spiritual Counsellor
  • Public Speaker/Workshop Facilitator

Christopher Lipscomb is a healer, public speaker, and group facilitator with a sincere, light-hearted, and pragmatic approach to the vast and sometimes overwhelming world of metaphysics, healing, and personal growth. His seminars and private sessions are clear and focussed; intent on “cutting through the noise” and finding a path and a purpose that is right for each individual. His mission is to help students to move out of the past and embrace the power and potential of the present in order to create a more fulfilling future.

Almost 20 years ago, armed with an open mind and a keen sense of adventure, Christopher stepped out of the conventional health system and began to explore a variety of traditional and non - traditional forms of spiritual expression including Hermetics, the Tarot, the Rosicrucian Order, A Course in Miracles, Yoga, and many forms of meditation. Guided by his caring nature, he was also drawn to study massage and healing - attaining diplomas in The Energetic Healing and Holistic Massage with the World Development of Human Resources. It was through this one on one work where his intuitive senses began to more acutely awaken.

During this period he discovered the core philosophy that still guides him today-a drive to embracing the teachings and practices empowering individuals to discover their own truths and less by strict dogmas, Guru’s, and any restrictive system obscuring ones personal connection with their core self.
It is under a framework of freedom and fun he prefers to work, respecting the uniqueness and freewill of others to find their own truth in the world of life.

His down to earth approach brings together an eclectic array of tools and techniques which can be applied easily in everyday life with immediate results.
It is his belief that the ultimate spiritual journey is one that transcends all systems through the marriage born from an unbending relationship with our true conscience.

Christopher has traveled extensively offering personal growth seminars in Australia, Japan and Canada, and now travels with his wife and partner to offer Yoga, meditation, personal growth programs, practitioner certifications, and private consultations.

What is Trinity?

Trinity is a company dedicated to offering effective and inspiring wellness services with the aim to assist each client in establishing a peaceful mind, a healthy body, and an awakened heart.

Why Trinity?

I've always had a fascination with the number three. It seems so complete. Good things come in threes, and I agree. But, why name my business after my favourite number?

Trinity refers to the three services I offer: Yoga, Pilates, and Thai Massage.

Trinity is also the areas of the self that we aim to fully connect with: the body, the mind, and the spirit.

Trinity relates to the energies of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva, the energies that move all thought, action, and physical manifestation; the energies of creation, sustenance, and transformation.

Trinity also refers to the law of the triangle, a natural law that reveals the connection between life, love, and freedom.

Finally, Trinity refers to the powerful synergy that develops between student and teacher. This synergy is a union of you, me, and us, and has the power to support, sustain, and inspire you to achieve your ultimate fitness and wellness goals.

It is my mission to offer effective and inspiring Yoga programs with the aim to assist each client, practitioner and teacher in establishing a peaceful mind, a healthy body, and an open heart. Yoga offers a pathway to better understand the Self, in essence, a gateway to your inner you. Through Yoga practice, one discovers a mastery of the Self that unlocks the latent powers that reside in each of us. I look forward to working together with each client, practitioner and class in this union of three, to achieve a better understanding of ourselves and our world as we explore the potential for a more active, energetic, and meaningful life.

Namaste,
Heather.
