Where Do We Begin?

Your Personal Fitness Training sessions begin with a comprehensive fitness and lifestyle assessment which allows you to establish your baselines of health, fitness, posture, and lifestyle factors. This step is essential in helping to create a program that will be safe, effective, and efficient. Once your fitness level has been established, we can establish reasonable, action-oriented goals, and design a program that will help you reach those goals. With nutrition playing a big role in both weight loss and energy enhancement, a discussion of techniques to manage your diet are an integral part of this process. Finally, we create your exercise program, and get you ready to start your training. In your following sessions, you will go through a workout with your trainer, with a program that focusses on your goals, and each session we will follow up on other lifestyle changes like diet, stress reduction, and energy enhancement. Your exercise program may include elements of traditional aerobic, strength, and flexibility programming, as well as Functional Fitness Training, Pilates, Yoga, Fitball training, Plyometrics, and sport specific movements.
