Introductory Yoga Clinic
Foundation Series
A gentle and inspiring workshop that instructs new yoga participants
on the basic principals of a safe and effective home yoga practice
including energizing standing postures, mindful balancing poses,
stimulating inversions, and relaxing floor poses. This practice
will include breath-work exercises, brief relaxations, and an easy
to follow home practice schedule.
Intermediate Yoga Clinic
Flow Series
An intermediate level workshop blending steady postures and flowing
sequences for a powerful and athletic class for a lean, toned, and
supple body. Becoming conscious of the body, the mind, and the breath
is an essential focus in this workshop, and this goal is supported
with breathwork, visualization exercises, and a guided meditation.
Advanced Yoga Clinic
Fire Series
A workshop aimed at the practicing student seeking to advance their
home or studio practice. The physical class includes invigorating
standing postures, a comprehensive inversion series, deep backward
and forward bends, and dynamic breathwork to transform your body
and transcend your mind. Sanskrit mantra practice, yoga nidra (relaxation),
and a discussion of the practice of the eight limbs of yoga in everyday
life will round out this workshop. Not suitable for pregnant or
menstruating women.
Chakra Yoga
Learn about the system of energy centres in your body that form
an emotional and energetic anatomy that can be accessed, energized
and balanced through yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation.
An excellent addition to your home practice.
Yoga Everyday
Discover a simple method to energize your body, relax your mind,
achieve your goals, and live more consciously in everyday life through
the practice of the Eight Limbs of Yoga. Exercises include breath-work,
postures, visualizations, and simple strategies for vibrant healthy

Mindful Movement
A workshop designed for fitness instructors and avid participants
who want to explore the practices of yoga to enhance the benefits
of exercise for the body and mind. Learn physical postures, flow
sequences, breathwork, visualizations, and yogic principals to adapt
to your existing exercise program for energy, clarity, balance,
relaxation, and flow.
Introduction to Chanting and Mantra
Discover the benefits and bliss to be found in the simple repetition
of mantras and ancient Sanskrit chants. Achieve a focus and clarity
of mind, balancing of energies, and elevation of the spirit through
sound.
Exercise Your Imagination
Achieve your ultimate health, fitness, performance, weight loss
and wellness goals through simple but powerful mind exercises. Move

Weight Loss for Wellness Program
An eight week program offering participants the information, motivation,
and support to achieve their ultimate weight loss and fitness goals.
Program includes nutrition, exercise, stress management, time management,
and relaxation exercises with a workbook to follow your progress
with weekly coursework. One 2-hour session per week.

Self Mastery I
The Journey Begins
The Program: Self Mastery One is a 21-day program held over
7 sessions that assists you in becoming a more conscious, relaxed,
and vibrantly alive person.
The History: Self Mastery is based on the teachings passed
down by a Tibetan Lama and is also inspired by a number of ancient
and modern spiritual systems including, A Course in Miracles, the
Tarot, Rosicrucian Order, The Toltec teachings of Don Juan, Yoga
and the Power of Love. Self Mastery has been taught all over the
world for the past 25 years and continues to evolve as consciousness
quickens in an era that the Ancients called ‘The End of Time.’
The Process: Over 7 sessions you will be introduced to
many metaphysical concepts and how they relate to your everyday
life, your health, vitality, and your relationships with others
and self. Each night, through the power of storytelling, concepts
are presented and explored while meditations and ‘homework’
exercises are used to help you come to your own realization of each
concept. The ultimate aim of SM1 is to empower each individual to
create their own connection with their Higher Self and essentially
go far beyond the structure of this very program. You are handed
the keys to the Universe in a safe and secure environment with the
utmost respect to your own personal beliefs and individual uniqueness.
The Exercises: Knowledge only becomes wisdom through experience,
so it is essential that you have your own direct experience with
each aspect of this course. Assignments fit easily into anyone’s
schedule, and will have an immediate impact on your life, health
and intuitive awareness. There are no short cuts to Enlightenment.
This engenders a deep and honest commitment to oneself and the process.
The Experience: Self Mastery I is a journey into YOU and beyond.
The evening sessions, meditations and exercises are designed to
help you understand the patterns that have created your current
station in life, but more importantly how to move beyond the ones
that no longer serve you. SM1 gently helps you understand how you
have been creating your reality up until now and move you into the
present and beyond. You will learn to let go of obstacles and self-sabotage,
negative ego, stop the energy drain that worry that anxiety causes,
and connect you with your ‘True Self’ in a way that
will serve you forever.
The Rewards: You will become a more conscious, relaxed
person and be able to deal with life’s challenges with more
elegance and grace. You will awaken aspects within you yet fully
realized and in doing so put yourself fully in the drivers seat
in your reality. You will be given the opportunity to accelerate
